Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This is our family's home away from home in the Rockies. Please be a respectful guest and treat the chalet as you would treat your home by removing shoes when entering. If bringing a pet please keep your pets paws clean and clean up after your pet on the premises. This unit is non-smoking, a smoking area is located by the barbeque area. We do ask that a rental agreement is signed. It's a basic contract that just confirms guest information, check in and out time, and an agreement that there will be no damage to the rental unit.
